MagickMoney ("the service") is a personal budgeting and cash-flow planning application. It helps you organize spending categories, track transactions across accounts and currencies, and plan month-to-month. The service is provided by Ensis Technologies ("we", "us").
The service costs $10 USD per month, billed through Stripe. New accounts get a 14-day free trial; your card is required at signup but is not charged until the trial ends.
If a payment fails, you have a 14-day grace period to update your payment method before your account is suspended.

MagickMoney is a record-keeping and planning tool. It is not a financial advisor, and nothing in the service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any projections, cash-flow figures, or budget suggestions are arithmetic based on data you entered. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security of the service.
You retain ownership of the financial data you enter. By using the service you grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to operate the service for you. We do not sell your data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. The service cannot verify bank balances, exchange rates you supply, or the completeness of your records.
You agree not to: attempt to access other users' data; probe, scan, or overload the service; upload malicious content; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Each customer's data is isolated in its own database; attempts to cross that boundary will result in termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that any figure it produces is correct.
In particular: budgets, totals, balances, currency conversions, exchange-rate calculations, forecasts, and every other number or statement the service presents are computed from the data entered and the rates supplied, and may be wrong — because of data-entry errors, software defects, rounding, stale rates, or any other cause. Check anything that matters against your own records before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the service or from your reliance on any information it provides — including wrong figures — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, and including lost profits, lost savings, or financial decisions made on the basis of the service's output. If a court finds liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Keep independent records of anything critical.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. On termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted per our retention policy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the application. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
